Restaurant Deep Cleaning Co-worker

• Perform deep cleaning tasks in the kitchen, IKEA Restaurant, and Bistro areas, including equipment, floors, walls, and food prep stations
• Ensure all cleaning routines meet IKEA’s hygiene and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually inviting workspace at all times
• Support food safety by following proper sanitation procedures and reporting any issues
• Assist with waste management and recycling programs
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a safe environment for co-workers and customers
• Be an ambassador of IKEA’s values by contributing to a positive and respectful workplace

• You have a keen eye for cleanliness and detail — nothing escapes your attention, whether it's a spill, a smudge, or an expired item
• You thrive in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment and take pride in maintaining high hygiene standards
• You’re safety-conscious and follow procedures meticulously — cutting corners is not your style
• You enjoy working independently but also contribute positively to a team
• You’re open to learning and bring a can-do attitude to every shift
• Experience in cleaning or working in a food service environment is an asset (but not required)
