Job Description

Content Manager – Lake Nona (Orlando, FL). Join a respected hospitality group with a fast-growing portfolio of restaurant and hospitality concepts. This is an opportunity to lead marketing strategy and execution for over 18 dynamic food and beverage venues, driving tangible results in guest experience and revenue, with strong leadership support and space for meaningful impact.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead annual marketing strategy, planning, and execution across restaurant and hospitality venues
  • Oversee digital performance channels: websites, CRM, paid media, and analytics infrastructure
  • Develop and evolve brand voice and storytelling frameworks across all guest touchpoints
  • Own first-party data strategy and lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, loyalty) to increase guest acquisition and value
  • Direct social media, content creation, influencer, and food media partnerships
  • Develop scalable local marketing programs and support integrated campaigns for events, launches, and business initiatives
  • Manage agency/vendor relationships, national marketing budget, and ensure all programs are tracked and measured for business impact

Requirements

  • 10+ years of hospitality marketing experience, with restaurants strongly preferred
  • Proven track record across multiple concepts, locations, or brands
  • Strong hands-on digital and web management expertise
  • Proficiency in GA4 setup, tagging, dashboarding, and analytics reporting
  • Deep understanding of SEO, website performance, conversion optimization, and digital customer journeys
  • Experience with website CMS platforms (WordPress preferred
  • Divi a plus)
  • Knowledge of CRM, loyalty, email, and SMS marketing strategy
  • Familiarity with AI-powered content and marketing automation tools
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with internal teams and vendors
  • Excellent communication skills across executives, operations, and creative partners
  • Success developing loyalty programs that drive acquisition, retention, and guest lifetime value
