Job Description:

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to support new café openings and renovations across the Dallas market. This role serves as the local point of contact for construction projects, partnering with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to brand standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support multiple construction and renovation projects in the Dallas market
  • Coordinate schedules, budgets, site walks, and progress tracking
  • Attend inspections and support permitting and code compliance
  • Coordinate contractors, vendors, and equipment/fixture deliveries
  • Manage punch lists, close-out documentation, and handoff to Operations
  • Support pre-opening readiness and store openings

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of commercial construction experience
  • Project Manager, Assistant PM, or Superintendent background preferred
  • Restaurant or hospitality construction experience required
  • Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable working on active job sites
  • Valid driver’s license and local travel required
