Restaurant Cleaner

• Clean and sanitise restaurant floors, tables, chairs, counters and high‑touch surfaces before service
• Sweep, mop and, where required, vacuum floors in all designated areas (restaurant, bar, service corridors and back‑of‑house)
• Empty bins, manage recycling and dispose of waste safely
• Clean doors, glass panels and entrance areas to maintain excellent first impressions
• Support any scheduled deep‑cleaning tasks
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, following training, guidelines and all health & safety procedures
• Report any maintenance, safety or hygiene issues promptly

• Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping is desirable but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work independently during early‑morning shifts and manage your time effectively
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable with manual tasks (standing, bending, lifting light equipment)
• Good communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude when working with colleagues and guests

Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping
