We currently have an opportunity for a talented and creative Restaurant Chef to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco. As a Chef de Cuisine, you are responsible for managing the day-to-day operation in your Outlet. And taking over all responsibilities of the Executive Sous Chef during his / her absence, striving for the highest possible Guest satisfaction. Plan, organize, control, and direct the work of employees in the Kitchen Department responsible for food preparation while ensuring superior quality and consistency. Prepare all, food items per guest order in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
Job Responsibility:
