Restaurant Busser

• Set up bus stations with all items needed for shift
• Help to clear soiled dishes from tables
• Reset tables as guests depart
• Do whatever duties deemed necessary by manager to service the guest
• Close down station, put away all supplies, clean bus areas
• Know menu and be able to answer guest questions about the food and the hotel
• Perform side work in a timely and accurate manner
• Sincere and warm interaction with all guests
• Follow and deliver 5 Star services’ standards
• Follow Company policies and procedures
• Comply with the attendance policy

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to speak Spanish is preferable
• Proficient conversational and written English
• Able to stand and walk, and moving for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 45 pounds or more
• Must have valid Food Handlers Certificate within 30 days of hire
• Must be fluent in English
