We are looking for Bartenders for TRUSS Restaurant + Bar and Michelin starred restaurant, Auro. Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of wine spirits and mixed drinks as well as information regarding preparation methods. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and attend to guest needs and requests with a sense of urgency in the Resort’s Food & Beverage areas.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards
Maintain a strong working knowledge of all alcoholic and non-alcoholic ingredients and drinks to answer questions and accommodate off-menu requests
Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the lounge server using the hotel’s point-of-sales system
check completed orders with the guest’s original order
Service and take orders from guests seated at a bar area offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
Breakdown, clean and set-up of bar and back-bar stations
Properly and accurately close guest checks

properly settle voided checks or complimentary items
Requirements:
Minimum two years bartending or related work
Knowledge of Napa Valley and surrounding areas, highly desirable, however not required
Preferred experience in a luxury resort or hotel
Strong written and oral presentation skills
Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment
Ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety, of wines, spirits, and missed drinks
Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions
Strong problem solving skills, ability to handle difficult situations and guests
