Job Responsibility:

  • Serve beverages and/or food to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner
  • Prepare beverages for other servers to supply to guests
  • Act as cashier for the bar
  • Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar, including requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and produce
  • Maintain stock, cut, and store all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily
  • Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promote and document orders for drinks
  • Mix, garnish and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control
  • Handle all cash and credit card transactions using the point of sale

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience as a Bartender
  • Food handler and TIPS certification (or equivalent)
  • Passion for the industry
  • Ability to provide superior customer service
  • Available to work a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends
