Job Responsibility:
Overseeing daily operations across our restaurant, bar, and lounge areas
Ensuring exceptional service standards and a warm, welcoming guest experience
Leading, training, and developing a high-performing team
Managing rosters, stock controls, and cost efficiencies
Collaborating with the wider hotel leadership team on promotions, menu ideas, and guest experience initiatives
Maintaining strong compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Driving a positive, inclusive team culture aligned with The iNUA Collection values
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a busy restaurant and/or bar environment
A natural leader with excellent people skills and the ability to inspire a team
Strong operational knowledge and a passion for great service
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
An eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement
