As Restaurant Bar Attendant, you will play an integral role within the Front‑of‑House team, delivering refined beverage service and supporting seamless luxury dining operations across both the restaurant and bar environments. You will contribute directly to the guest journey through elegant beverage preparation, anticipatory service and exceptional attention to detail, while creating memorable guest experiences through sophistication, precision and genuine hospitality in a fast‑paced luxury dining environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and serve coffees, cocktails, alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in line with brand standards
  • Present, open and serve wines and champagnes professionally and confidently
  • Support the delivery of the signature St. Regis Bloody Mary experience with elegant table‑side service
  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation and presentation standards across all restaurant and bar areas
  • Ensure beverage stations, glassware, coffee equipment and service tools are fully stocked and operational
  • Prepare fresh garnishes, mixers and beverage mise‑en‑place for service periods
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements proactively
  • Deliver attentive, personalised and anticipatory service throughout the guest experience
  • Respond professionally to guest requests, preferences and concerns
  • Process payments accurately and follow all cash handling and system procedures
  • Complete opening and closing duties in accordance with departmental standards
  • Work collaboratively with restaurant, bar, kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure seamless service
  • Follow all health, safety, hygiene and responsible alcohol service procedures

Requirements

  • Previous experience within luxury hospitality, fine dining, premium bars or luxury hotels preferred
  • Strong understanding of beverage service, coffee preparation and restaurant operations
  • Good knowledge of cocktails, wines, champagnes and premium spirits
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to presentation and service excellence
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑standards luxury environment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, maintaining operational readiness throughout service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, engaging and professional approach
  • Ability to remain calm, polished and solution‑focused during high‑pressure service periods

  • Coordinate the development, interpretation and implementation of hotel policies, operating procedures and training programs, manuals, directives, menus, work schedules, rules and regulations for the WLB, Lobby Lounge and In Room Dining personnel
  • Maintain up-to-date records on WLB, Lobby Lounge and In Room Dining departments attendance, appearance, standards, work and vacation schedules, labor costs, payroll, absenteeism, turnover and disciplinary action
  • Approve the employment and termination of WLB, Lobby Lounge and In Room Dining departments staff and employees and is responsible for on-the-job training programs on a regular basis
  • Coordinate the selection, purchasing, storage, inventorying, maintenance and usage of all related WLB, Lobby Lounge and In Room Dining departments supplies and equipment
  • Handle all guest complaints in the WLB, Lobby Lounge and In Room Dining departments area and is charge of obtaining maximum results in the utilization and appearance of the food and beverage areas, the quality levels, performance and standards of service and develops new techniques of service towards maximum guest satisfaction at minimum operating costs
  • Safeguard guests and employees with knowledge and application of safety, accident prevention, fire drills and first aid
