Job Responsibility:

  • Provides friendly and efficient service to guests
  • Controls the flow of business in the dining room
  • Checks out Guests at the register
  • Opens the door as guests enter and leave
  • Uses greeting, seating and waiting list procedures
  • Seats guests in a friendly and timely manner
  • Completes wait sheets
  • Takes cash
  • Moves through dining room and ensures Guests have all items needed
  • Offers specific suggestions for take-out bakery items
  • Ensures cashier area, bakery cases, displays, lobby, entryway, restrooms and dining room stay clean
  • Ensures menus are clean
  • Processes To-Go orders
  • Assists servers with pre bussing procedures
  • Sweeps floor around tables
  • Performs side work during shift downtime
  • Provides assistance to all servers and bus persons
  • Ensures 100% guest satisfaction on every visit
  • Communicates with Manager on Duty and coworkers regarding issues
