Job Description:

Assistant Manager to be a key partner to our General Manager at Kricket Shoreditch, a 120-cover restaurant and bar, housed in a restored Victorian dispensary. It's an evolution of the Kricket brand, featuring our first all-day café and bar concept alongside our signature restaurant experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure our day-to-day operations run flawlessly
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive improvements across the board

Requirements:

  • A leader with empathy, whose primary role is to take care of the people on your team
  • A charismatic and engaging personality who understands our brand, team culture, and, most of all, our customers
  • Someone with positive leadership qualities who can inspire and drive employee engagement to our usual Kricket service standards
  • Passion for service, people, and hospitality
  • All-day dining experience is a plus
  • Must have the correct working permit/visa
