Job Description

We're looking for an Assistant Manager to be a key partner to our General Manager. You'll ensure our day-to-day operations run flawlessly while collaborating with senior management to drive improvements across the board. Your passion for fostering a people-first culture and delivering best-in-class service will be instrumental in helping us grow and evolve.

Requirements

  • A leader with empathy, whose primary role is to take care of the people on your team
  • A charismatic and engaging personality who understands our brand, team culture, and, most of all, our customers
  • Someone with positive leadership qualities who can inspire and drive employee engagement to our usual Kricket service standards
  • Passion for service, people, and hospitality
  • All-day dining experience is a plus
  • To be suitable you must have the correct working permit/visa
