Hardworking front of house manager with the ability to manage a large team and significant peaks in service
Friendly, with an engaging personality and a genuine love for customer service
Strong communicator who can motivate their team to deliver with enthusiasm and great personality
Knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety requirements in the Catering Industry
Passion for delivering the highest quality food and service

Job Responsibility

Oversee set up of the front of house, counters and back of house operation each day ensuring readiness for service
Coordinate the team in front of house operation to create a welcoming and efficient service for our customers, taking every opportunity to create a Wow experience
Ensure staff have detailed knowledge of our mouth-watering menus to share with our customers as well as creating fabulous counter displays
Carry out all required Food Hygiene and Health and Safety checks
Manager staff rotas to ensure service level requirements are met
