Job Description:

This TEAM LEADER role is responsible for the development of the IKEA business in the IKEA Restaurant area. Strives to make people smile while providing irresistible food offers in a welcoming atmosphere that gives customers a good reason to return again.

Job Responsibility:

Look at the store through the eyes of customers and walk the store regularly
Have daily dialogue with customers to get feedback and learn about their needs
Contribute to area's action plan by supporting manager in implementing it with the team
Actively contribute and support relevant marketing and in-store activities
Ensure area is efficiently maintained, clean, organised, attractive and inviting
Create an environment where IKEA culture is a strong and living reality

Requirements:

At least 3 years relevant experience in a leadership role managing a large team in a fast-paced food and/or retail environment
Experience working with a KPI-driven action plan
Knowledgeable in food safety (HACCP) guidelines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven and cost-conscious
Flexible and open to change
Confident in approaching and talking to people in a friendly manner
Takes personal initiative and has good attention to details
Computer literate in MS Office system
Experience in retail and merchandising
