Job Responsibility:
Supervise food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Ensure customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience

Conduct daily inspections of the restaurant and equipment for compliance

Requirements:
Minimum upscale fine dining experience required
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines
Must relocate to the Waco Area
