Job Responsibility
Oversee all daily restaurant operations
Lead, train, and develop FOH and BOH teams
Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
Manage labor costs, food costs, and overall profitability
Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and community reputation
Handle hiring, scheduling, performance management, and team development
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company standards
Partner with ownership to drive business growth and operational success
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of restaurant management experience
Strong experience managing both FOH and BOH operations
Open to high-performing AGMs with proven leadership success
Experience in restaurants with $3 million+ annual sales volume
Strong team leadership, coaching, and staff development skills
Proven ability to drive sales, control costs, and improve profitability
Experience with scheduling, labor management, inventory, and P&L oversight
Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead by example in a high-energy hospitality environment
