Job Responsibility:
Ensure business plans and budget requirements are met in accordance with specified time frames and standard
Liaise with other department managers to maximize resources and maintain standard operating procedures
Contribute to the strategic goals and objectives of Ayers Rock Resort with responsibility to support, develop and retain staff
Ensure effective staff management to meet daily operational requirements and financial budgets
Oversee budgeting and daily cost control ensuring costs are minimized and profit generation is maximized
Lead Food & Beverage operations within a 4-star hotel environment
Oversee the day-to-day management of dining and bar venues
Ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence
Requirements:
current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
