Responsible Individual - Children's Residential Homes Locations: Thornton & Chorley (with additional home in Preesall, Blackpool) Salary: From £60,000 per annum (rising to £65,000 upon registration of 3rd home and £70,000 upon registration of 4th home) We are seeking an experienced and driven Responsible Individual to oversee two established children's residential homes in Thornton and Chorley, with exciting expansion plans already underway. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation that has already achieved 4 Ofsted inspections rated 'Good' in all areas, demonstrating a strong commitment to high-quality care and positive outcomes for young people. The Role: As Responsible Individual, you will have strategic and operational oversight of the homes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement across services. You will play a key role in supporting Registered Managers, maintaining high standards, and preparing for the opening and registration of a third home in Preesall, Blackpool.
