Initiate batch and exception documents as required needed
Perform production related task per appropriate procedure and verify all entries were documented correctly during your shift. Execute Batch/Code changes as well as sublots when assigned
Perform required quality checks per appropriate Packing SOP and document results in Assemble Pack or appropriate batch documents
Perform equipment Pre-Flight checks and /or Daily Walk-Arounds if applicable
Working with the Production Technician 2 and/or maintenance, monitor all line equipment operations to optimize line performance
Ensure assigned Preventative Maintenance (PM) task for line equipment is completed on time. If required, support Production Technician 2 and/or Maintenance on departments PM tasks
Document equipment issues in Virtual Maintenance for production tracking and daily shift notes, is needed
