Job Description:

The role of Responsable IKEA Business involves acting as a partner to local businesses, promoting IKEA as a go-to brand for professional furnishing solutions. The job centers on driving sales and profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction for B2B clients both in-store and online. Duties include managing a dedicated team, developing strategies in alignment with national goals, analyzing business performance, networking with local economic stakeholders, managing projects, and driving overall financial performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a true partner to local businesses, making IKEA the go-to brand for professional furnishing solutions in the market
  • maximize sales and profitability by creating a smooth and professional experience for B2B customers in-store and online
  • build and lead a high-performing team
  • drive the local strategy and develop IKEA action plans for B2B
  • analyze KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and improve customer satisfaction
  • build strong networks with local stakeholders
  • manage key projects including presentation and negotiation with decision-makers
  • drive performance through P&L understanding, budget management, and financial impact measurement
  • ensure a seamless and professional customer experience both online and in-store.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales/customer relations and/or in the B2B sector in a managerial role
  • strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams
  • organized, determined, and capable of rallying teams around a common goal
  • strong interest in business-oriented strategies and client portfolio development, with knowledge of the B2B sector
  • comfortable with negotiation and project management
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • belief in the power of teamwork and co-creation
  • comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken.
