As a Show WRTW Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of the Women RTW show. You will work closely with designers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure the successful creation and execution of show lines. Your primary focus will be on managing the development timeline, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality show samples. You will work on key "Chaine & Trame" typologies of products : tailoring, Sportswear, Flou and Grand Flou.
Job Responsibility
Manage a Team of Coordination / Product Developpers / Technicien Developpers. (+/- 15p)
Collaborate with the Design team Studio coordination to understand the vision / concepts for show : translate design ideas into technical specifications, considering fabric, trims, colors, and patterns…
Source and select suppliers, materials, and manufacturers for show development
Manage the development timeline, ensuring the respect of deadlines, monitoring deliveries with the team on a daily basis...
Foster strong relationships with Studio, suppliers, manufacturers, internal and external partners and coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain samples and prototypes
Guarantee flow of information's related to development to the purchase & fabrics teams
Attend to the fittings sessions and provide feedbacks to the studio for possible modifications
Collaborate with the Costing & Production teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes
Monitor the quality of show samples and address any issues
Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and emerging technologies
Maintain documentation and all supports and records of the show development process
Weekly consolidation and communication on budget and regular analysis and reports
Manage launches & deliveries of Reset & Press & VIC
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field with a proven strong experience (10 years mini) in RTW development within the luxury & fashion industry

Attention to details and strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate internally and externally
Proficiency in using design software and applications (Financial systems, Adobe, PLM systems…)
