Job Description:

Reporting to the Home Furnishing & Retail Design Manager, you contribute to the positioning of the IKEA store as the first choice for home design in your market area.

Job Responsibility:

Contribute to positioning the IKEA store as the first choice for home design
Use extensive knowledge of home furnishings to create up-to-date room sets
Bring vitality to all areas of the store
Ensure interior designers use IKEA's tools and methods
Follow interior design trends
Recruit, develop, motivate, and manage a team of interior designers

Requirements:

Inspirational and motivational leader for a team of interior designers
Keen visual commercial sense and excellent communication skills
Ability to implement action plans and monitor objectives
Education in interior design and significant experience in a commercial context
Management experience
Ability to communicate in French and English (written and oral)
