Job Description

Join Baptist Health as a Respiratory Therapist, where you will provide exceptional care to patients of all ages. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience and certifications in Pediatric Advanced Life Support, CPR, and Basic Life Support. You will be responsible for demonstrating clinical skills, leading teams, and ensuring quality patient care. The estimated pay range is $33.09 - $43.02 per hour, depending on experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with an active Certified Respiratory Therapist License in Florida. Job Responsibility

  • Demonstrating respiratory clinical skills and knowledge in the management of all types of patients (adult/pediatric)
  • Providing leadership and support to maintain working relationships with internal and / or external customers
  • Constant evaluation and monitoring of services assures quality care to the patient
  • Participating in hospital wide committees and respiratory care throughout Baptist Health
  • Effectively communicating with all team members
