Join a Level 3 NICU team as a Respiratory Therapist specializing in NICU and Neuro diagnostics. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, short-term acute care hospital setting within Yale New Haven Health System, where you'll manage Dräger Vent support and assist in neuro diagnostics. Your days will be filled with critical responsibilities such as assisting with neuro procedures, supporting neonates requiring specialized respiratory care, and floating between two hospital campuses—Bridgeport and Milford—as needed. The position challenges you to stay adaptable and shine in a variety of clinical areas, supporting staff and new hires during your shift. This assignment is perfect for an experienced RT eager to contribute to the care of vulnerable patients in a hospital known for its trauma and neonatal services.
