Job Responsibility

Performs all ranges of respiratory care in a critical care environment including utilization of advanced modes of invasive and non-invasive ventilation and emergency respiratory care
Demonstrates knowledge of and complies with the hospital and departmental practices regarding national Patient Safety Goals, hand hygiene, AIDET, teach back, etc.
Distributes work assignments evenly and according to skill set and patient acuity
