Job Responsibility

Supervising and leading a team of RPE Inspectors who are responsible for the servicing of on-site respiratory equipment at our customers facility
Day to day people management of team performance, annual leave, sickness and absence
Ensuring the quality of work delivered by the RPE Inspector team meets the required quality standards
Ensuring compliance with Arco’s and site-specific operating procedures
Carrying out agreed COSHH Inspections as per project scope for all of the RPE on site
Completing and maintaining COSHH record keeping and Arco’s Asset tracking system
Managing the stock of spare parts and equipment within the workshop to carry out monthly testing
Additionally supporting the wider team within the Plymouth area
