As Resourcing Officer, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns across a variety of roles and teams, ensuring every stage of the hiring journey is engaging, efficient and inclusive. You'll become a trusted partner to hiring managers, advising on recruitment best practice, sourcing strategies and market insights to help secure top talent. From briefing meetings through to onboarding, you'll take ownership of delivering a seamless recruitment experience that reflects our values and enhances our reputation. You'll also identify trends, improve hiring outcomes and support strategic workforce planning. Whether it's developing talent pipelines, reducing agency spend, enhancing our ATS processes or championing diverse hiring initiatives, your work will directly contribute to building a stronger and more inclusive organisation.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activity across multiple directorates
Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment plans
Build diverse talent pipelines using proactive sourcing techniques
Deliver recruitment training and guidance to managers and colleagues
Support employer branding initiatives and attraction campaigns
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment systems and processes
Contribute to continuous improvement across the wider People team
Requirements:
Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment within an in-house environment
Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, recruitment tools and talent attraction strategies
Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment systems effectively
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
The ability to build credibility and influence with hiring managers and stakeholders
A collaborative and inclusive approach to working with others
Confidence delivering training, guidance and support to managers
Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences
