  • Compliance Management: Work closely with our compliance team to ensure every candidate is fully vetted and cleared to work safely in schools
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Randstad at careers fairs and networking events to attract new talent to the sector

Requirements

  • An understanding of the Cambridge education landscape or a background in Education/Care is a significant advantage
  • Expert communicator - someone who can build rapport quickly and sell the benefits of working with Randstad
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

What we offer

  • Performance-related bonuses
  • Access to the Randstad share purchase scheme
  • High-street discounts
  • Generous holiday entitlement
