Your role will be part of the global Resourcing team supporting the organisation through the provision of a high quality, professional in-house recruitment service operating a predominantly direct sourcing model.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively plan and deliver end-to-end recruitment campaigns
Manage vacancies and key group of stakeholders
Hold responsibility for all recruitment delivery for Cundall Europe (Poland, Madrid, Germany, Romania), Sustainability UKI and support function roles in UKI
Provide informed and expert recruitment advice from your experience to stakeholders to inform their hiring decisions
Work to ensure the processes and policies are followed consistently both for Resourcing and wider HR when working with the internal business
Requirements:
Previous experience as a recruiter within an in-house recruitment function
Experience working in a complex, collaborative, and inclusive environment
Strong attention to detail and a proactive sense of initiative
Ability to articulate a clear understanding of what it takes to devise and implement effective hiring strategies for all levels of staff
Credible and effective communicator and problem solver
Passionate about recruitment
Highly organised and proactive approach
Written and verbal communication skills necessary to establish collaborative relationships with candidates, hiring managers and technical experts
Ability to work with high levels of accuracy while juggling multiple complex recruitment campaigns in differing regions and areas of the business
