Job Responsibility:

Coordinate Recruitment Campaigns
Collaborate with Managers
Promote Diversity and Inclusion
Utilise Technology
Support Selection Processes
Stay Current

Requirements:

A proven track record in managing recruitment campaigns and a solid understanding of recruitment processes
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to advise and support managers on recruitment matters
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
High professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
A commitment to valuing diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment activities
