Job Description

Deliver a sustainable future with WA’s landmark urea project! Clough, as part of a Joint Venture with Saipem, is delivering Project ‘CERES’ urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities. We are seeking a Resourcing Advisor (Blue Collar) to join the Perdaman team, in our Perth office. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of skilled and semi-skilled labour for our high volume construction project.

Job Responsibility

  • Work across the recruitment lifecycle for blue-collar positions (e.g., laborers, welders, electricians, equipment operators) across multiple construction sites
  • Collaborate with site managers, project directors and HR business partners to forecast and prioritize manpower requirements
  • Utilise SAP SuccessFactors to manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, and onboarding processes
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job fairs, labor agencies, trade schools, and community outreach
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ technical skills and site-readiness
  • Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of labor resources in coordination with project needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment, preferably in the construction, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors
  • Experience with SuccessFactors highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of labor markets, trade classifications, and union/non-union workforce dynamics
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and multicultural environment
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
