Job Responsibility:
Managing recruitment campaigns from start to finish
Ensuring activities are timely and compliant with Civil Service Recruitment Principles
Providing clear guidance to hiring managers
Maintaining accurate records
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Supporting on-boarding processes
Promoting Defra's Employer Value Proposition
Responding to recruitment queries via the Query Resolution service
Championing a positive candidate experience through empathetic communication and proactive support
Requirements:
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Clear, confident communication and a customer-focused approach
Professionalism and empathy when engaging with stakeholders and candidates
Good judgement and problem-solving skills
