Job Description:

Play a pivotal role in supporting both hiring managers and candidates, delivering a best-in-class recruitment experience while championing an inclusive and welcoming approach to hiring.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing end to end direct recruitment support to Head Office and Maintenance hiring managers
  • Managing vacancies from brief to offer, including candidate attraction, screening and telephone interviews
  • Using direct recruitment methods and working to agreed time to hire KPIs
  • Assisting managers throughout the business with recruitment tools and advice

Requirements:

  • Highly organised
  • Motivated people person
  • Good time management, planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact with people at all levels
  • Experience of stakeholder engagement and building business relationships across different departments within a service capacity
