Play a pivotal role in supporting both hiring managers and candidates, delivering a best-in-class recruitment experience while championing an inclusive and welcoming approach to hiring.
Job Responsibility:
Providing end to end direct recruitment support to Head Office and Maintenance hiring managers
Managing vacancies from brief to offer, including candidate attraction, screening and telephone interviews
Using direct recruitment methods and working to agreed time to hire KPIs
Assisting managers throughout the business with recruitment tools and advice
Requirements:
Highly organised
Motivated people person
Good time management, planning and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team and interact with people at all levels
Experience of stakeholder engagement and building business relationships across different departments within a service capacity
