Job Description:

Our client is looking for a motivated Resourcing Adviser to join their dynamic team in the heart of Manchester! You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant recruitment administration. You will manage recruitment campaigns, support colleagues and high-volume recruitment activities and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the complete recruitment and onboarding administration
  • Ensure all work is compliant with agreed processes, policies and current legislation
  • Respond professionally to recruitment queries from both internal and external stakeholders
  • Work flexibly to support team members
  • Provide administrative support across the wider team as needed

Requirements:

  • Work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Communicate clearly, providing first-line advice and guidance on HR queries
  • Demonstrate excellent written skills for drafting clear and accurate correspondence
  • Have a knowledge of the whole of MS Office
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
