If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Resources Officer (Reprographics) in an educational setting in Battersea, London!

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage photocopying requests efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of photocopying services
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate with suppliers to resolve any issues with our photocopiers
  • Plan for key copying requirements, such as exams and admissions, to meet demand effectively
  • Organise and laminate documents as requested
  • Maintain stock levels of stationery within budget and order supplies as needed
  • Keep the MRO neat and tidy, while organising and storing stock efficiently
  • Cover reception during lunch breaks and at the end of the day, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors
  • Interact proactively with academic staff to manage their copying and administrative needs
  • Assist with locating absent students and provide support to the administrative team as required

Requirements:

  • Proven background in a similar role in an education setting
  • Must have reprographics experience
  • Knowledge of photocopier use and troubleshooting
  • Must be confident managing own workload and working under time constraints and towards deadlines
  • Good written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly in a professional manner
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines and managing competing priorities
