  • Support recruitment consultants in sourcing and identifying suitable candidates for various roles
  • Utilise job boards, databases, and social media platforms to attract talent
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication throughout the process
  • Ensure all candidate information is accurately documented and updated in internal systems
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for future requirements
