This is a 180 recruitment role focused purely on candidate delivery. You will work closely with experienced Consultants and Account Managers to source, engage, and manage top-tier talent for a range of exciting client opportunities.
Job Responsibility
Source and identify high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
Screen and qualify candidates through interviews and competency-based assessments
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless recruitment process
Support consultants on active roles and client requirements
Write and post engaging job advertisements
Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
Requirements
Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, sales, or a target-driven environment (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, resilient, and proactive mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ambition to progress into a 360 recruitment role
