The Resource Planning Analyst role is critical to ensure the accurate and robust planning of pilot and cabin crew resources across BA’s two subsidiary airlines, BA Cityflyer and BA Euroflyer. You’ll own and maintain manpower plans, ensuring the optimum number and location of crew to deliver the operation. You’ll work with stakeholders across the business, tracking against financial plans, supporting key operational decisions and industrial relations.
Job Responsibility:
Own and maintain pilot and cabin crew resource plans
Report on crew resource KPIs including tracking against financial plan
Partner with – and support - senior stakeholders across the business
Work as part of the Crew Resource team to identify efficiency improvement opportunities and novel approaches
Requirements:
Educated to degree level (or hold an equivalent qualification or experience)
Strong analytical skills, including using Microsoft Excel
Highly IT literate
Good communicator
Able to work as part of a team
Pro-active and ambitious
Possess strong planning, numeracy, and analytical skills
Have excellent communication skills to understand and convey problems concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
