Resource Planning Analyst

As a Resource Planning Analyst at AO, you’ll play a key role in making sure our sales team runs like clockwork. You’ll create accurate forecasts for call volumes and sales, plan resources across the team, and optimise shift patterns to keep everything running smoothly. You’ll monitor real-time performance, spotting variances between forecasted and actual figures, and asking the big questions: Why are more customers calling than expected?
