As a Resource Planner, you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing safety-critical track protection resources to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery to support Network Rail and Rail for London Infrastructure projects.
Job Responsibility
Planning and managing safety-critical track protection resources
Allocating client requests to the most suitably qualified and competent operatives
Ensuring operatives receive full work notifications, including contact details, meeting points, and job requirements
Generating all necessary briefings, job descriptions, and summary sheets
Acting as the point of contact for clients and operatives, resolving any issues or queries raised
Coordinate training to ensure safety-critical licenses remain valid
Continuously servicing the current contract, but push to obtain new opportunities
Requirements
Someone with safety-critical rail protection experience or willing to be trained in either: RFLI or NWR
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across teams and with external stakeholders
Proactive problem-solver who can remain calm under pressure
