Dinarys GmbH is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Resource Manager to join our software development team delivering solutions for enterprise and eCommerce clients. This role is a key business partner position, acting as a bridge between business needs and the efficient utilization and development of technical and non-technical resources, including both employees and contractors. You will be responsible for the entire resource lifecycle, from planning and onboarding to development, performance management, and offboarding.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain an up-to-date Resource Database covering all employees and contractors, including availability, utilization, and key skills
Allocate resources across current projects and maintain an appropriate bench according to business needs
Manage Onboarding and Offboarding processes for all resources
Design and oversee Personal Development Plans (PDP)
Organize and conduct regular Performance Reviews, ensuring high-quality and constructive feedback
Monitor and support overall resource productivity and performance
Manage resource-related documentation, including holidays and sick leaves
Control access administration and ensure availability of required tools and systems
Ensure smooth communication with Legal, Finance, and Admin teams regarding contracts, payments, procurement, and logistics
Work closely with Delivery teams to support project staffing and utilization
Collaborate with Sales / Pre-Sale teams to forecast and plan resource needs
Open and manage pre-heat vacancies to ensure fast project kickoff
Cooperate with Recruitment teams and lead kickoff meetings for external hiring requests
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Resource Management and/or HR Operations within IT service companies
Proven experience in workforce planning, resource databases, and project staffing
Hands-on experience with Performance Review, PDP, and people development processes
Strong understanding of operational HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, documentation, access management, policies, and compliance
Experience working with Delivery, Sales, Pre-Sale, and Recruitment teams
Solid understanding of the full employee/contractor lifecycle
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets
High level of organization and process-oriented mindset
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to act as a business-oriented operational partner
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Business-oriented and results-driven mindset
Ability to act as a single source of truth for resource-related information
