The Resource Manager proactively supports the management of resources across all the creative and Studio business in Hogarth. They work closely with the Global Studio Capability Integration Director, Studio Resource Director, and Hogarth teams to be the liaison between the client needs and the resources. This Resource Manager helps align skills and talent across our global network to provide solutions on all deliverables within our talent network.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a point of contact for resource requests coordinating with Team Leads and talents to identify bandwidth and skill capabilities
Coordinate with all agency partners and freelance/contract support to help identify and secure the right talent for each job
Effectively collaborate with others in the Post Production and Multi-Channel Design process
Delegate resources and oversee the progress of projects to ensure Hogarth is meeting creative and business objectives
Evaluate the skills, availability, and workload of team members, identifying potential gaps, and developing resource plans to optimize productivity and improve current operational processes
Partner with Talent Acquisition to maintain a robust freelance/contract network of resources to support the ebb and flow of work coming into the studio, tapping into global resources as needed
Onboard new freelancers, vendors, and partner resources
Facilitate documentation completion and approval for prospective resources
Manage existing freelancers and vendors for extensions and job assignments
Daily communication with teams to check in on workload, providing support and ensuring staff and freelance resources as needed
Lead Daily Stand-Up and Weekly Forecast meetings liaising with all teams within the region
Identify bottlenecks, find creative solutions, and make informed decisions to overcome obstacles and keep operations on track
Input key information in our resourcing tool to make resourcing more efficient, including researching, training and implementing new tools where necessary
Manage resource team calendars
Identify unique training resources, approaches, talent, trends, and present capabilities to the team
Attend client and studio project briefings and milestone meetings as needed
Shift and balance priorities based on the overall volume of work as necessary
Support and cover Resource team members within region during time off
Requirements:
Excellent English communication abilities both written and oral with fluency level
Confidences to conduct and lead meetings in English
Knowledge of creative process and tools such as production workflows and design or development tools
Understanding of the advertising production and post production project flows and have experience within supporting those work flows
Ability to speak and understand the language of design and content creation as it relates to understanding a project and communicating with the team
Strong time management skills
Flexible and adaptable mindset allowing you to adjust plans, resources, and timelines accordingly
Meticulous and scrupulous attention to detail
Expert collaborator with the ability maintain a professional demeanor with clients, colleagues and partners

Bachelor’s degree in field of Design, Creative, Video, Fine Arts or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in a relatable position within the indsutry
