Act as the liaison: Between subcontractor/vendor partners and the Mountaineer PMO to receive and coordinate candidate resumes for open positions, Between Government Task Manager (GTMs) and Mountaineer PMO regarding personnel actions, including new hires, anticipated departures, and descoped positions
Coordinate with hiring managers and program leadership to support onboarding activities, including ensuring incoming personnel receive and execute program non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
Collaborate with program subcontractors to fulfill staffing requirements and maintain workforce continuity
Assist Engineering Managers with candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Assess program openings to support the assignment of employees available for new or surge opportunities
Assess program capacity and workforce availability to support new position requirements
Track and maintain staffing data and workforce metrics, including: Active and inactive personnel counts, Labor category (LCAT) and level, Position identifiers and status tracking
Support process improvement initiatives focused on workforce management efficiencies and operational maturity
