Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in resource management, data management, and workforce planning, preferably within a professional services firm or accounting environment
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, trends, and workforce metrics
Excellent communication, interpersonal, time-management, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Power BI, resource management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong business acumen and ability to effectively collaborate with diverse personalities and stakeholders across all levels of the organization
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and effectively prioritize competing demands
Nice to have:
Professional certification (e.g., RMCP, PMP, SHRM-CP) is a plus
