Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Resource Management Planning, Urban Planning or a related discipline
  • 3–6 years experience in resource management planning
  • Sound understanding of the Resource Management Act (RMA) and consent processing
  • Experience preparing resource consent applications
  • Exposure to Fast-track Approvals Act projects (advantageous)
  • Ability to engage confidently with councils, clients and stakeholders
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality planning reports and assessments
  • A self-motivated, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Nice to have:

Exposure to Fast-track Approvals Act projects
