Job Description

The Resource Development Coordinator supports United Way’s fundraising, donor engagement, and community outreach efforts. This role helps ensure campaigns run smoothly by coordinating operations, maintaining accurate donor and financial data, and providing strong administrative and relationship support. Working closely with the team, the Coordinator assists with workplace giving campaigns, events, stewardship communications, and donor and sponsor cultivation. The position also represents United Way in the community, supports marketing and storytelling efforts, and ensures timely reporting, data accuracy, and excellent customer service to all stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

  • Support workplace campaign implementation and administration
  • Maintain campaign timelines, tracking tools, and campaign materials
  • Coordinate campaign supplies, toolkit distribution, and online campaign resources
  • Support Employee Campaign Coordinators with communications and resource requests
  • Track campaign progress and assist with campaign reporting
  • Ensure confidentiality of all donors and company information
  • Keep up to date on emerging trends and opportunities
  • Maintain accurate donor, campaign, and gift information in ANDAR360
  • Process gifts, pledges, payments, and accounts receivable transactions
  • Reconcile fundraising revenue from online giving platforms and payment processors
  • Generate reports, dashboards, donor lists, and campaign performance summaries
  • Monitor donor trends and identify opportunities for retention, reactivation, and growth
  • Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational policies
