Job Description:

Resource Centre Support Worker (Driver required) for a charity providing specialist autism services. The Centre provides a flexible, seven-day-a-week support service designed to meet the diverse needs of autistic individuals and their families.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support autistic adults in a safe, supportive environment
  • Deliver personalised support tailored to individual needs
  • Encourage community access and participation in activities
  • Provide specialised support to assist young people in developing life skills
  • Offer flexible respite options for families and caregivers

Requirements:

  • Background or understanding of supporting people with autism
