At Cedar Point, work is FUN! The Training Coordinator for the Resort Division will be one of the first people that new Cedar Point Resort team members encounter. From facilitating training classes to conducting team member interviews about their working experience, the Training Coordinator role engages with our team members to ensure they are getting the learning and development needed to be successful in their roles. Job Responsibility

  • Facilitate training classes based on the curriculum set by the Director of Resort Operations/Training
  • Compiles and evaluates data from Employee Engagement tracking tools used within the Resorts division
  • Creates and updates training classes for facilitation each year
  • Conducts team member audits during the regular season to check for accurate and consistent practices regarding the training and development of our team members
  • Annual evaluation of SOPs and training material within Resort departments for improvements and mandatory changes based on business, safety, and industry standards
  • Assists with team member onboarding, scheduling for training classes, and Dayforce system training management

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Driver's License
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
  • People who love helping others and will support the needs of our guests and associates

  • Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds
