Job Responsibility

Transport guests and Team Members around the resort via a specified route in either a passenger van, bus, or trolley
Transport Team Members residing in staff housing on weekly trips to the grocery store and into town
Responsible for accurate and complete vehicle safety operation checklist
The driver is responsible for safety checks and preparation of the vehicle
Ensure safe operation of the vehicle, as well as safe transport of passengers and equipment with a strong emphasis on guest service
Maintain a clean vehicle at all times
Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by the Transportation Manager

Job Responsibility

Transport guests around the resort using resort vehicles
Provide quality service to the guest by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously during check-in, checkout, and throughout stay
Remain aware of all pertinent information, including but not limited to: location and features of guest rooms, onsite activities and events, events within the immediate area, etc.
Deliver messages, faxes, parcels and packages or amenities to guest room
as well as answer phones and delivering messages
Handle the transfer of luggage properly and in a timely manner
Maintain clean and organized bell carts, closets, shuttles and circle drive entrance
Uphold a clean, neat, well-organized work area and be aware of and follow all safety rules and regulations
